Monima Wellness Center, a Joint Commission accredited outpatient program in San Diego, California, is dedicated to treating women with mental health concerns and addictions. The center provides three distinct levels of care: a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and a General Outpatient Program, ensuring tailored support for each individual's journey. Monima also offers affirming LGBTQ+ therapy services, creating a supportive and understanding environment. Monima's therapeutic approach uniquely blends holistic and evidence-based practices to address the whole self in the healing process. Their diverse array of holistic therapies includes Acupuncture, Reiki, Yoga, Somatic Experiencing, Sound Therapy, Art Therapy, and Dance Therapy. These are complemented by scientifically proven methods such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Therapy (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing, and Family Therapy. Medication-Assisted Treatment is also available, alongside a strong focus on Meditation & Mindfulness. Specialized in Holistic care, Trauma, and Women-only treatment, Monima is committed to fostering comprehensive recovery.
