A dedicated and attentive care team supports each client, comprising a care coordinator (nurse or social worker) and two client recovery advisors (CRAs) who offer peer support and treatment coordination. This collaborative model extends to arranging appointments with primary care providers, individual therapists, and medical specialists. A family education facilitator also supports loved ones, offering vital education on addiction and fostering healing within the family unit.

The comprehensive recovery services, delivered directly to the client's home, typically extend monthly for up to a year. The program includes up to 20 virtual 1-on-1 Counseling sessions, Online Therapy, Family Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy.
