Impact Outpatient Program

Impact Outpatient Program, located just outside Louisville in Mt Washington, Kentucky, provides comprehensive intensive outpatient services (IOP) designed for individuals with mild substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. This program offers both in-person and virtual options, making accessible, high-quality care a priority for those transitioning from inpatient treatment or seeking initial support for issues like anxiety, depression, alcohol, drug addiction, and PTSD.
