Caz Recovery Madonna House

Caz Recovery Madonna House, nestled in the tranquil woods of Lockport, New York, offers a unique residential and community-style living recovery program specifically designed for adult women with pre-school and younger aged children. This safe, trigger-free environment for up to 16 women and their children delivers intensive rehabilitation for substance abuse and mental health, alongside crucial reintegration support like vocational counseling. Madonna House is dedicated to mothers who are chemically-dependent and struggling with or at risk of homelessness.

The facility is founded on a deeply individualized approach, where staff work collaboratively with each client to establish personal recovery goals and address their unique treatment needs. The duration of stay is flexible, ensuring comprehensive, sustained care. Therapeutic services include 1-on-1 counseling, trauma-specific therapy, family therapy, group sessions, life skills education, case management, and robust relapse prevention planning. Onsite childcare is a pivotal amenity, enabling mothers to fully engage in their recovery journey. Twelve Step Facilitation is also integrated.

The facility is wheelchair accessible and provides comfortable semi-private living spaces, on-site gourmet meals, and a dedicated recreational area for both women and children, fostering a supportive community. Eligible patients are females 18 and older with young children, requiring intensive treatment and enrolled in a Medicaid Managed Care plan.
