Recovery Ventures

Recovery Ventures is a distinguished non-profit organization located in Swannanoa, North Carolina, providing a long-term residential program for adults overcoming substance use disorders. Recognizing the critical need for accessible care, this facility offers a low-cost, no-insurance option, making comprehensive recovery services available to a broader population. The program is thoughtfully structured to support lasting sobriety, featuring an 18-month primary care phase followed by 6 months of transitional housing.

The therapeutic approach at Recovery Ventures is comprehensive and individualized. Clients engage in a rich tapestry of services, including 1-on-1 Counseling, Family Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Horticultural Therapy, Life Skills training, Psychoeducation, and Relapse Prevention Counseling. The program also strongly incorporates Twelve Step Facilitation and offers specialized groups addressing grief and loss, spirituality, anger management, and women’s recovery. Recreational activities and a focus on peer support are integral to the healing process.
