Fora Health, a long-standing non-profit in Portland, Oregon, formerly known as De Paul Treatment Centers, provides comprehensive care, treatment, and advocacy for individuals affected by substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. With over 50 years of experience, having helped more than 55,000 people, Fora Health employs a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach, ensuring deeply compassionate and effective healing journeys for its clients and community.

The center offers a full continuum of care, meticulously crafted with personalized treatment plans. Services include specialized mental health care, dual diagnosis treatment, crucial family therapy, and invaluable peer recovery mentoring. Fora Health is dedicated to fostering an inclusive, stigma-free environment that practices 'radical kindness,' and actively collaborates with community partners to support lasting recovery and rebuild lives with dignity and respect.

For immediate needs, Fora Health provides a Withdrawal Management program with in-person, walk-in admissions available Monday through Saturday at their Portland facility. Admittance is based on a screening interview and bed availability, with no reservations required. They accept the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and most insurance providers, though Saturday admissions are primarily for OHP patients. Individuals from outside nearby counties or with private insurance are encouraged to call ahead during business hours for enrollment guidance.
