"Pacific Crest was unlike any treatment center I'd been to before. The mindfulness training didn't just help me stay sober—it changed how I relate to myself and the world. I'm genuinely grateful."

Tyler W.

"As a queer person, I'd been nervous about treatment. Pacific Crest's LGBTQ+ programming made me feel safe and seen from day one. The therapy was challenging but exactly what I needed."

Jordan L.

"The forest therapy sessions sound 'woo-woo' but they genuinely work. Something about being in nature stripped away my defenses and allowed me to be vulnerable in a way I never could in a traditional office setting."

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes Pacific Crest different from other treatment centers?

Our integrative approach combines evidence-based clinical therapy with mindfulness, eco-therapy, and holistic wellness modalities. We treat the whole person, not just the addiction.

Do I have to be 'into' mindfulness or holistic approaches?

Not at all. Many of our clients are new to these practices. Our team meets you where you are and introduces these tools gradually within your comfort level.

Is detox available?

We do not provide on-site medical detox. We work closely with trusted detox partners in the Portland area and facilitate seamless transfers to our residential program once detox is complete.

Do you treat process addictions?

Yes, we offer specialized programming for gaming addiction, compulsive shopping, and other behavioral addictions alongside or separate from substance use treatment.

What is your alumni program like?

Our alumni program includes weekly virtual Recovery Circles, quarterly in-person retreats, peer mentorship, and access to our mindfulness meditation app—all at no additional cost for the first year.
