This picturesque facility, accredited by the Joint Commission, provides 35 beds within rustic, log cabin-style accommodations, with residents housed separately by gender. While they do not offer on-site detox, Waypoint ensures continuity of care by directing clients to nearby resources when necessary, following a thorough preliminary clinical assessment and biopsychosocial screening.

The core of Waypoint's program is structured therapy, focusing on evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in individual sessions. Group therapy is a vital component, emphasizing psychoeducation on critical topics such as life skills, emotional processing, trigger identification, relapse prevention, and mindfulness exercises. Additionally, participants are required to attend weekly on-site 12-Step meetings or SMART Recovery sessions, integrating various pathways to sobriety. Recognizing the unique individuality of each client, Waypoint also incorporates holistic therapies, including art therapy, journaling, and meditation, fostering comprehensive healing.
