New Vision Recovery

New Vision Recovery, located in beautiful Nashville, Tennessee, is a dedicated sober living residence providing a comfortable, safe, and structured environment for men and women in early recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. Central to their philosophy is fostering a strong sense of community, recognizing its vital role in sustained sobriety. Residents actively participate in weekly meetings, including morning meditation, community gatherings, 12-Step meetings, and Recovery Dynamics groups.

The program features a phased approach, beginning with Level 3, the most active and structured tier, ideal for individuals transitioning from residential treatment or those early in their recovery journey. This level provides intensive support, including weekly recovery coaching, life skills counseling, and close collaboration between staff, therapists, and family members. Residents commit to the "90 in 90" program, attending 90 recovery meetings in 90 days, reinforcing their commitment to a sober lifestyle.

Upon successful completion of Level 3, residents can progress to Level 2, which offers greater freedom and autonomy while maintaining essential accountability. In Level 2, residents adhere to monthly meeting minimums and engage in bi-monthly recovery coaching. They are encouraged to pursue work, volunteer activities, or school for at least 30 hours per week. "Senior Residents" in Level 2 serve as role models, further strengthening community ties and practicing essential Relapse Prevention Counseling and Twelve Step Facilitation.
