Individualized treatment plans at The Lodge incorporate a comprehensive range of therapeutic modalities. Clients engage in crucial 1-on-1 Counseling, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Experiential Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Practical Life Skills training, Motivational Interviewing, Psychoeducation, and Recreation Therapy are also key components. Group sessions, covering educational, process, and chemical dependency topics, are offered three evenings a week at the Aspire Recovery outpatient center, complemented by individual and family counseling.
