Deer Hollow, nestled in the serene mountain landscape of Draper, Utah, is a premier treatment center dedicated to mental health and trauma recovery. They offer comprehensive inpatient and outpatient programs for individuals struggling with trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, substance misuse, and behavioral addictions. Clients engage in intensive weekly group sessions, individual treatment, and case management. Therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Psychodrama, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic Experiencing. These therapies are complemented by mindfulness practices, life skills training, and psychoeducation to support comprehensive personal growth.
