Twin Branch, a premier women-only residential treatment program, is nestled within Virginia's historic Northern Neck in Lancaster, Virginia. This serene, private 30-acre campus offers a tranquil and supportive environment for up to 24 adult women seeking recovery from substance use and co-occurring disorders. Twin Branch is dedicated to providing individualized, evidence-based care within a setting that promotes deep healing and personal growth, free from everyday distractions.

The program offers a robust, women-specific curriculum that integrates diverse therapeutic approaches. These include personalized 1-on-1 Counseling, Trauma-Specific Therapy to address underlying issues, and Experiential Therapy to foster self-discovery through activities. Family Therapy is also available to mend and strengthen crucial relationships. Twin Branch further enhances recovery with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), Motivational Interviewing, and Twelve Step Facilitation, ensuring a comprehensive path to sobriety. Twenty-four-hour medical and support care is provided, with daily evaluations.

Twin Branch's holistic approach extends beyond traditional therapy, encompassing opportunities for physical activity, nutrition education, and vital life skills training. Each woman receives an individualized treatment plan and a continuing care plan upon discharge, designed to sustain sobriety and wellness.
