United Northwest Recovery Center, located in Mount Vernon, Washington, is a private facility dedicated to providing trauma-informed outpatient and day treatment. We proudly serve a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, LGBTQ+ individuals, veterans, and military families, recognizing the unique paths and specific needs within each community. Our mission is to foster healing, resilience, and sustainable recovery through compassionate and culturally sensitive care.

Our comprehensive programs integrate a variety of evidence-based therapies. Clients engage in supportive Group Therapy, individualized 1-on-1 Counseling, and vital Family Therapy and Couples Counseling to strengthen support systems. We utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help process thoughts and behaviors, alongside specialized Trauma-Specific Therapy to address the roots of past experiences. Twelve Step Facilitation is also offered for structured recovery support, while Motivational Interviewing helps foster intrinsic motivation for change.

Beyond traditional counseling, we equip clients with essential Life Skills and provide robust Relapse Prevention Counseling, empowering them with practical tools for long-term sobriety.
