Recover Wyoming

Recover Wyoming, based in Cheyenne, is recognized as Wyoming’s first Recovery Community Organization (RCO), dedicated to empowering individuals and families impacted by substance use disorders. This center provides a safe, inclusive space for people at all stages of recovery, fostering a truly community-driven approach to healing. Recover Wyoming is committed to offering the resources, peer support, and connections necessary to achieve and sustain long-term recovery.

The center's services are deeply rooted in a peer-driven model, offering compassionate guidance from staff and volunteers with lived recovery experience. Key offerings include peer-led recovery coaching and the acclaimed "Bridges to Recovery" meetings, which honor all pathways to recovery. Motivational Interviewing is utilized to inspire internal change, alongside practical Life Skills training to support independent living and successful reintegration into society.
